Premium Adult registration includes:
- One adult attending - as well as any infant or child(ren) at the time of the conference (i.e. children are free to attend if not participating in the paid teen program). Each adult needs to purchase a separate ticket for the convention.
- All speaker sessions on Friday and Saturday
- Thursday speaker sessions (Non-Special Needs Conference)
- All Special Needs Conference sessions on Thursday
- Access to the Vendor Hall on Friday and Saturday
- Access to the Used Curriculum Sale on Thursday

Shopping only registration includes:
- One adult attending - as well as any infant or child(ren) at the time of the conference (i.e. children are free to attend if not participating in the paid teen program).
- The Shopping only pass will allow access to the vendor hall and vendor workshops in the Bowers Center for Sports Fitness and Wellness. No access to speakers sessions in other buildings/rooms.
- Access to the Used Curriculum Sale on Thursday
POP = Parent of Preschooler:
- If your oldest child is under the age of 5 at the end of the 2024-2025 school year AND you have never attended a CHAP Convention, select our Parent of Preschooler registration.
Grandparents:
- We value the encouragement, guidance, and support that grandparents give in the lives of our homeschooling parents!
- Receive one free equivalent registration for a grandparent with each paid adult registration!
- First, register all paying adults for the convention. A confirmation email will contain the link to your free grandparent registration.
Additional family members should complete a separate registration.
NOTE: Teen Track, optional All-You-Care-To-Eat lunches, and dorm room reservation will be available as a separate registration after completing the main registration.
All-You-Care-To-Eat Lunches
- Will be available to purchase online for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Meals will be at the college dining facility, the Marketplace, which is located on the second floor of the Baugher Student Center. The Marketplace is an “All-You-Care-To-Eat” facility for students, faculty, staff and all campus visitors.
- Adult lunches will be $15
- Children under 12 years of age lunches will be $9.00
